Shipping Fee: Free shipping for orders placed in Hong Kong and Macau. Shipping to other area will be charged according to their destination.

All custom-made, re-engraved, or engraved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
All loose stones (including diamonds, colored diamonds, and gemstones) are highly liquid. Please be sure to contact us to confirm stone’s availability before placing an order. If customer place a loose stone order and our staff cannot confirm the order within 5 business days, we will issue a full refund.
