General Terms

By using the CathyPaul Diamond website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

Product Information

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product information. Diamonds and gemstones are natural products, and their actual colour, clarity and appearance may differ slightly from screen display; the details stated in the GIA certificate shall prevail.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and may be adjusted due to market factors. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include charges for special customisation and engraving.

Orders and Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, in-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been shipped; bespoke items cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Warranty

All products enjoy lifetime free cleaning and inspection. Damage caused by human factors, loss, or wear resulting from abnormal use is not covered under the free warranty.
