Our store strives to ensure the accuracy of product information on the website, but cannot guarantee that all information (including but not limited to product descriptions and pricing) is completely accurate. The product images, diamonds, and gemstones shown may differ slightly from the actual item due to photography, screen settings, and lighting sources. For products with certificates, the specifications stated in the certificate shall prevail

5. Pricing and taxes

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and may be adjusted due to market factors, gold prices, and exchange rate changes without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include special customization, engraving, or other additional service fees. If a price is clearly erroneous due to system or human error, our store reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

6. Order acceptance and cancellation

An order submitted by a customer only constitutes an offer to purchase and does not constitute acceptance by the store. The contract is established only when the store issues the order confirmation or arranges shipment. The store reserves the full right to accept or reject any order, including but not limited to insufficient stock, pricing errors, failure to pass verification, or suspected fraud. Due to the nature and value of the goods, some orders must be verified with the store and the customer before processing.

7. Payment

Orders must be fully paid before our store arranges for shipping or stocking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, designs, and layouts, is the property of CathyPaul Diamond or its licensors. No reproduction, reproduction, adaptation, or commercial use may be made without prior written consent.

These Terms, together with the shipping policy, in-store pickup instructions, return and refund policy, and privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and our store regarding online ordering.

16. Governing Law and Judicial Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both parties agree to accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
