Book a Viewing

If you would like to view a piece in person, please book an appointment through the "Book a Try-On" feature on our website or via WhatsApp. Our professional consultants will provide a one-on-one consultation service.

Order and Confirmation

Once you have confirmed the design, material and size, you may place your order directly online, or have a consultant assist you with the order. We will confirm your order details within 1 business day.

Production and Delivery

In-stock items take approximately 3 to 5 business days to prepare; bespoke designs take 4 to 6 weeks. Once completed, you may choose in-store collection or secure delivery.
