- Macau and other overseas regions: Use FedEx / UPS or other international courier
Delivery time:
- In stock jewelry: Ship within 3 to 5 business days
- Ordered jewelry: Will be shipped around 4-8 weeks, depend the type of goods. (estimated time, not guaranteed).
Not Eligible for Delivery: For orders with a total value exceeding HKD $20,000, delivery service is not provided to ensure the safety of the goods. Customers must choose in-store pickup

All custom-made, re-engraved, or engraved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
All loose stones (including diamonds, colored diamonds, and gemstones) are highly liquid. Please be sure to contact us to confirm stone’s availability before placing an order. If customer place a loose stone order and our staff cannot confirm the order within 5 business days, we will issue a full refund.
Order refusal rights: Our store reserves the right to reject orders due to out-of-stock, incorrect pricing, failure in verification, or suspected fraud. If the price is incorrectly listed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
