1.1 Shipping and delivery

• Shipping Fee : Free shipping for orders placed in Hong Kong and Macau. Shipping to other area will be charged according to their destination.
• Delivery Methods： 

Hong Kong : SF Express (SF Express) used

Macau and other overseas regions: Use FedEx / UPS or other international courier

• Delivery time:

In stock jewelry : Ship within 3 to 5 business days

Ordered jewelry : Will be shipped around 4-8 weeks, depend the type of goods. (estimated time, not guaranteed).

Important note: Delivery restrictions for large orders

• Not Eligible for Delivery: For orders with a total value exceeding HKD $20,000, delivery service is not provided to ensure the safety of the goods. Customers must choose in-store pickup
• Other shipping situations not applicable: smart locker services, restricted areas, hotels, and PO boxes

In-stock jewelry: Process time within 1–2 business days. Customer will receive a pick up notice. Please make an appointment before pick up.

Custom jewelry: Depending on the complexity of the style, it usually takes about 4–8 weeks to pick up (estimated time, not guaranteed).

-Verification documents: When picking up, the following documents must be presented for registration and verification purposes:

• Identification documents
• Transaction documents
• Credit card or withdrawal card for payment

-Customers must collect all goods from the designated location within 30 days from the date of the collection notice(including but not limited to telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat or email). For goods uncollected after the expiry of the 30-day period, the Company reserves the right to dispose of, resell the goods at its sole discretion without further notice. All payments made shall be non-refundable. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or disposal of the uncollected goods.

Authorized pickup on your behalf

To protect your rights, if you need to authorize another party to pick up the goods, the recipient's authorized representative must present the following documents at the time of pickup:

• Authorization Letter (click here to download)
• Notification of goods retrieval
• A copy of the payer's identification document (must clearly include the payer's name).
• Original Authorized Person's Identification Document (Must Clearly Include the Authorized Person's Name).
• Order payment transaction records
  include: bank online banking transaction records, transaction records in payment accounts, and Whatsapp/WeChat transaction records (including company name and transaction amount).

If all the above documents are not presented, we reserve the right to refuse the authorized representative of the recipient to collect the goods on their behalf

2. International international shipping

We offer global shipping services. To ensure the safety of goods, all international shipping includes full insurance and tracking throughout the process

Logistics time: Shipped via FedEx / UPS or other international courier, estimated to arrive in about 3–10 business days after shipment (depending on destination).

3. International tariffs and taxes

Hong Kong is a duty-free port, so there is no sales tax when picking up goods at stores. However, when goods are shipped outside Hong Kong, the destination country may levy import duties and taxes.

3.1 Attribution of Tariff Responsibility

• Customer Responsibility: All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for orders are borne by the customer. Actual costs are subject to the final local customs charges.

4. Packaging, Safety, and Responsibility

Every piece of jewelry shipped by CathyPaul Diamond comes with the following benefits:

• Exclusive Brand Packaging: Secure and exquisite packaging boxes suitable for gifting
• Logistics tracking: After shipment, we will provide tracking numbers via WhatsApp / WeChat
• Full Insurance: Our store will insure you throughout the shipping process
• Risk transfer: When the goods are signed for by the customer, the risk is transferred to the customer
• Damage Handling: If packaging is found damaged upon receipt, customers must notify us on the day of receipt and keep the original packaging.

5 .Return and refund policy

• Once sold, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are available
• All custom-made, re-engraved, or engraved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• All loose stones (including diamonds, colored diamonds, and gemstones) are highly liquid. Please be sure to contact us to confirm stone’s availabilty before placing an order. If customer place an loose stone order and our staff cannot confirm the order within 5 business days, we will issue a full refund.
• Order refusal rights: Our store reserves the right to reject orders due to out-of-stock, incorrect pricing, failure in verification, or suspected fraud. If the price is incorrectly listed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6.Terms of Service

• Contract established: The customer's order is only an offer; the contract is only established after confirmation by our staff or when the goods are shipped
• Human damage is not covered by the warranty
• Lifetime free cleaning and inspection services are provided
• Product images are computer renderings. Due to screen color differences and lighting conditions, photos may differ slightly from the actual product. The actual product shall prevail.
• Maximum Liability: Our store's liability for damages on any order will not exceed the amount already paid for that order.
• Legal Jurisdiction: Subject to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

7. Privacy policy

• Our store will handle all personal data in accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
• At pickup, the name and ID number are verified and recorded, and are only used for identity verification and delivery records.
• Providing information is voluntary, however, if not providing information may result in issues that may prevent processing of orders or delivery of goods.
• Customers have the right to access and correct their personal data.
• We only send promotional messages after obtaining the customer's consent. Customers can request to stop sending at any time.
